Quibble Lit is a contemporary literature magazine publishing poetry, prose, and visual art.

Established in 2022, self-funded, & built by a collective of artists and volunteers, we curate a quarterly print volume and online galleries built around a theme, with the shared mission of making writing more meaningful.

  • With our latest installment — PEOPLE, our 7th print volume and 19th issue — Quibble Lit has published over 500 authors (and nearly 200 in print!)

  • In Spring of 2026, we launched Sunday SubDays: Quibble's Indie Lit Podcast, where we chat with editors, writers, publishers, and other warriors of words.

  • Submissions are free when open (JUNGLE arrives this summer!)

  • Published artists receive a Contributor’s Copy of the print issue.

  • Thank you for reading! If you’d like to support our mission, please consider following along on social media.
